▪️Nikki is 29 years old and has been a union electrician for 4 and a half years. She is a 5th year apprentice turning journeyman in May! ⚡️💡
▫️She lives on Long Island, New York. When she enter red the trade, she didn’t know a single thing, but luckily had some amazing people to train and teach her everything.
▪️It wasn’t easy for her in the beginning, she had to prove herself, especially since she is a smaller woman on the job and people assumed she couldn’t achieve much.
▫️My girl Nikki though, A L W A Y S proves them wrong 🥰
▪️Nikki Says “My advise is to never let words of others break you , throw a little sass back and let them know how far you’re going to allow them to push you . I’ve always been super respected on jobs because I set limits and boundary’s. Having fun is always a part of the job ! Never judge someone because of what you’ve “heard” make your own opinions on people because most of the time the person who’s telling you is wrong .
Positive attitude and hard work really does pay off . Smile even when you don’t want to and remember money talks”
